Location, friendly staff, free wi-fi. - Central and lively location and availability of very good food and drink establishments in the immediate vicinity. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good sized room. We would quite happily stay here again.

It was very convenient for us to take a metro and go downtown.

Although some of the hotel is a bit old fashioned, it is very clean, all the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, looking up sites on the net for trains and buses etc.(we were staying juring a weather alert and trains were all suspended and delayed). Hotel is very central. Would definitely stay again. - comfortable bed!

This small pretty hotel is right in the heart of Toulouse but is on a quiet side street so you don't feel submerged by the city. The owner does day shift and his staff night shift...Both spoke really good English and very helpful and friendly. Really made us feel welcome. Rooms have been renovated and yes they are compact (like most rooms in France,) but nicely presented and clean. Hotel is only approx. 700m from train station..4 blocks down Alle Jean Jarres and 1 block in. Easy to find. Nice breakfast in the morning too. We loved our stay here. Would definitely go back.

The coutreous, friendly staff went out of their way to assist. For us the location was great in a quiet spot, easy to park car. We were only in Toulouse for one night stopover and was a great choice. Excellent value for money. Spotless rooms, breakfast included, wifi access. -
