  The chateau was gorgeous, inside and out! The chateau sits on a river, just outside (5-10 min drive) of Saint-Emillion. We stayed in the Songe room, which was very cozy and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable. The whole room was a lavender color, with a gorgeous shower room that is located inside one of the cylinder parts of the chateau... что говорят » (attached to the room). The shower head was one of those big flat, "rain" spouts, and the tiles were a pearlescent color, covering the walls and floo - I stayed three nights at the charming, centuries old Chateau de Courtebotte. The family-owned chateau, about 12 km from Saint Emilion and not far from Bordeaux, sits on the banks of the Dordogne River and enjoys scenic river views. I had a large, comfortable room which was tastefully decorated and included an immense bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. A delicious breakfast included freshly baked croissant, local bread plus yogurt and fresh fruit. I was espcially impressed by the warm an
