this hotel is beyond my expectation with good location and friendly stuff. I do not feel any noise as described by other comment. It is a good choice to stay in St Malo. -
Great location inside the Old wall of St Malo. Has a garage which is a major plus and is in a quiet position but minutes from everything.

We loved everything - the location so close to the lovely old town, the sea view from our side balcony, the well equipped kitchenette, the huge bed, the modrrn decor, modern bathroom, great shower, nice towels and toiletries and the staff. Room is big and clean, all daily necesities are available, bed is quite comfortable.
Reception staff very kind and helpfull, they gave us list of best local restaurants and advised which are the best - we tried 2 of 4 and both were perfect.
Parking is inside hotel and spaceous enough for big car.
Hotel located outside of old sity but it takes only 10-15 minutes walk and the route is going along seaside, so it is very pleasant.

Very pleasant welcome from receptionist. It has 24 hr reception. We could park immediately outside or anywhere on the road without paying and apparently it is a non-problem area, so felt safe to leave belongings in the car. The Hotel was excellent on all counts.Great breakfast,lovely room - I had a family room and there was plenty of room,very clean and good ensuite facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly,especially at reception..Parking was excellent. - first class food, good atmosphere,being on the beach, and private parking.

We had a family room/junior suite which meant two rooms with adjoining door open. Excellent solution, absolutely brilliant. Location good, hotel clean, and staff arranged for us to have an early breakfast to accomodate a day trip to Jersey. The location was about a 5 minute walk to the train station. The front
desk clerks were very helpful, especially Ruth. We has a superior room
which was spacious with a wonderfully comfortable bed. Breakfast was
good with scrambled eggs, mets, cheese, bread, cereal. The hotel is
brand new and appears on google maps as the empty lot it once was. It
was about a 20 minute walk to the city walls.

It was easy to find in St Malo which was a bonus! Lovely new hotel right opposite the beach. Good parking and very pleasant and informative staff on arrival who showed us our room. Lovely room. We did not use the swimming pool or spa but I expect that it would have been very good. A top class restaurant is within the hotel but we had a drink at the beautiful bar instead. It was overlooking the beach and very chic. Drinks expensive but you do get what you pay for there. The walk into the Intra

La Maison des Armateurs was in a wonderful location (although St. Malo is so small I'm not sure there is a "bad" location). The staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean, bright and tastefully decorated. -
Size of family room and the break fast area was very trendy. Great location and within walking distance of everything.
