  Хороший и уютный отель 950 метров от пляжа ! В этом городе советую отдыхать с детьми и семьей , для молодежи там слишком спокойно ! А так город очень приятный и русских там почти нет в основном французы !!! - It was close to the beach and a huge disused airfield which I used for long runs.

  We loved everything about our stay at Hotel Bermond. Paul, the owner and manager is a wonderful host, chef and is very helpful with suggestions regarding local restaurants, walks and attractions. We stayed here for two nights as a home base to see two stages of Le Tour de France.   This was a charming hotel located at the eastern end of the magnificent Gorges of the Verdon and just outside the small village of Castellane. The rooms are located in several different buildings and ours was in the building at the top of the hill. It was a basic, simple room but the "country" atmosphere was so quiet, we slept very well. Everybody seemed very relaxed there. The staff were very friendly and helpfull, for example we needed a new tyre and they helped us find a very good and service minded garage in a nearby town. The food was great and reasonably priced, the room was away from the main building, had everything except for a small fridge which would have been nice.
