  Great location and less than 10 minutes walk to the Monte Carlo Casino, Hotel du Paris and shops; everything is in walking. The room was fine and clean and we had a balcony overlooking the street.   Hotel is located right on the sea edge, very rare for the South of France where normally the first line of hotels is across the road from the sea. We had a room with the balcony that was 3 meters from the sea. Breakfast is nice - with eggs, fruits, all the pastry - on the terrace with excellent sea view. Beautiful view from most rooms to the sea. quite. Good breakfast, specially knowing France. 2 Pools and possibility to swim in clear + clean sea. It were relaxing days. Erholsame Ferientage, ruhige Zimmer, direkt am Meer. 2 Pools und Schwimmen im sauberen Meer. Gutes Frühstück.

The hotel was also well located for access to both inland cities and to the coast via the motorway. Our room (126), on the upper floor, overlooked the pool. The room was ideal for us.   The staff were amongst the friendliest we came along whilst travelling through France recently. The location, being only one street away from the beach was perfect and the hotel is right in the middle of an area containing the best mix of bars, cafes and restaurants on the Cote d'zur. JLP was a perfect place to stay on the coast being in the middle and only a short wa - Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!

  The rooms were great little apartments built in the French style. there was a nice kitchen. - Location is excellent for Gordes, and an ideal base for travelling further afield. Pool and site is aesthetically pleasing.
