They would never reject help no matter what we asked for and even in the way they speak it is clear that they don't fake it. In a little side street near Place des Precheurs, in the heart of the old town, you feel like you're an Aixois. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for the price it offers outstanding service and value for money.
