Reception were very helpful, we arrived late at 9.30 pm but this
presented no problem. Location was easy to find.The cot we had requested
was present and made up. The family suite was ideal, the children were
in a separate room up a small staircase that lead off from the inside of
the main door to the suite. All very clean, beds clean and comforta

This hotel is just lovely. The layout is pleasing, the staff are helpful
and they've decorated with great care. It was very helpful that
after several hours travelling in the car we could count on having a
lovely meal in the on-site restaurant. We were there in late July with a
room leading onto the garden. Each of the rooms surrounding the garden
feel extremely private as the plants have matured a lot from the picture
included on their website.

The service - from the moment we arrived the service was exceptional - 5 Stars. We recieved assistance in parking our car, assistance with lugagge to rooms and a tour of the facilities. The hotel staff found bothof them for us and was exceptionally kind and efficient. Pendant notresejour, mon mari est tombe malade est il avait besoin d'un medecin etune laboratoire. Great staff. Polite but informal. They all responded well to an emergency (power-cut), Very good food and wine - easily 1 star Michelin and getting near 2 in my opinion. - excellent food, good atmosphere, log fire in the lounge, comprehensive breakfast, Spa was good

Very clean rooms, convenient location and very friendly staff. Meals were excellent, if a little pricey, especially the wine. We took 70 and 80 year old couple and they also loved it. Excellent amenities and location - reasonable walking distance from train. - Everything was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean and bright. It was also very quiet at night. Bed was deliciously comfortable.

restaurant is amazing! don't miss the chariot du fromage.
sauna was nice but turn it on first and then go in the pool - took a while to heat up. -
The room was spacious and it was possible to park your car outside the back door of the room.
