  The service - from the moment we arrived the service was exceptional - 5 Stars. We recieved assistance in parking our car, assistance with lugagge to rooms and a tour of the facilities. The bar was fantastic and there was a great selection for breakfast. On top of great service and facilities, the rooms (and bathrooms) were fantastic.   Great staff. Polite but informal. They all responded well to an emergency (power-cut), Very good food and wine - easily 1 star Michelin and getting near 2 in my opinion. - excellent food, good atmosphere, log fire in the lounge, comprehensive breakfast, Spa was good
