  The service - from the moment we arrived the service was exceptional - 5 Stars. We recieved assistance in parking our car, assistance with lugagge to rooms and a tour of the facilities. The bar was fantastic and there was a great selection for breakfast. On top of great service and facilities, the rooms (and bathrooms) were fantastic.   The hotel appeared to either have been completely renovated, or was new. The room was immaculate and gave the impression of having been never, or rarely, used. Hence I thought it might be a new hotel. Everything in the room worked as it should and the night was silent despite overlooking the main train line. Triple-glazing works!   Satff is very friendly even though we came in @ 2:00 am we were assisted in a very nice way and got a free upgrade of the rooms. These rooms r spacious, modern, well equipped, layed out and clean. - Staff could not have been more helpful, they supplied maps and tourist info and made the trip really enjoyable

I think we ended up in the room for those with a disability so no carpet and a wet room rather than conventional bathroom but it was fine for an overnight stop on the way home. - Our room was enormous.
