  Very clean, modern apt. Very good location - Location. Smack in the middle of things. Safe area. Shopping right at the doorstep (literally). Clean. Good kitchen (no supplies). Short distance to the beach. Quite peaceful (some traffic noise).

  The apartments are in good location, not far from the sea. The kitchen is clean and comfortable for cooking , clean bedding, so all you need to stay with small family (3 people). The WiFi is working very good, surprisingly after Italy. From the balcony you can see small piece of the sea and this is quite pleasant. Also the staff was very pleasant, they can speak English as long as you don't want to practice your french:)There was also a little kitchen in the room- very handy for breakfast. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!
