  They surprised us with the best room of the hotel for the same standard price of the cheaper ones. Alexandra was very kind with us. The girl in checking out time was also lovely. It is very advisable to rent a parking space, it is nice and confortable. Forget the car for visiting the city, the hotel is nearby everywhere.   I booked a studio appartment and I was keen to make sure I had a kettle. I was assured there would be one. A new one was provided on arrival. Good location near tram stop and also close to shopping centres. - Simple and basic, but adequate. Good shower pressure. Appreciated the wifi, though the signal was a bit weak in my room.
