It is very great place to stay. Nice decoration, clean, comfort bed, good location....everything together just be perfect.
The host is very nice and warm welcome. She has strong taste of Art which is seen from her apartment decoration. She really care for comfort of the guess on each single detail.

Nina was a great host and gave us plenty of tips for our short stay in Marseilles. The fridge was pre-loaded with everything we needed. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

The room was amazing! Large bed with draped canvas made it look really romantic. The loft was roomy yet accommodated 4 twin size beds. The owner was very pleasant and even allowed us to check in much earlier than planned. -

Stayed in Le Colonial, an attractively decorated one-bedroom apartment at top of 4-storey building. Bright with nice views. Location convenient to walking around the city. We felt comfortable here. -

Very comfortable, cosy and clean. No problems. Staff friendly. Parking very difficult. Had to park in an underground place for 18 euro a day. -
Clean, kitchen is easy for file prepare meals. Also laundry machine is very helpful for people who is traveling for few days.

It's a great place to stay when in Marseille if you like to be able to do some of your own meals at home. It's close to the train station but with views out to the water from the upper rooms.
While it's in the city it is only a 5 - 10 minute walk downhill to Joliette from where you you can take a bus straight to the beach at L'Estaque.within 20 minutes. Very comfortable and quiet although works currently going on nearby.

Location closed to city centre and supermarkets opened till late. Tourist spots were within walking distance from hotel. Reception open till late so late check in was possible.
