value for money, accomodating staff, food, location of hotel, good as stop-over hotel.
The room, once accessed was good with modern facilities.
Not much.
Room small and cramped. Not possible to check in before 6pm.
noisy road at front of hotel.
No parking available, unhelpful registration hours.
Registration Problems 1. Hotel locked -- had to phone while using hazard
flashers -- nowhere to pull in while waiting . 2. Parking ticket sold by
Hotel (public underground car-park ) was not recognised the next morning
- a Sunday ! We were locked inside an unmanned carpark & had to find
a button to push to be ,eventually , allowed out !.
There are only nine rooms and mine was on the second floor, reached by an extremely narrow staircase. The room was tiny with a window giving on to a roof. It was unbearably hot and there was no air conditioning.
There was a jazz concert going on outside so it was very noisy until midnight.
no lounge/ communal area in hotel, not a hotel i would want to base a holiday at,.
When we arrived there was no one to see us in and found by phoning the owner that our keys to the hotel was in an adjacent cafe. We had to let ourselves in and cater for ourselves. Not a place to arrive on a Sunday.
Dingy reception, no lifts, the room was very basic, breakfast was pretty average.
There is no parking.
