The hotel is in a convenient location for the Rhonexpress and has good transport links to the commercial area and Old Town. Air-conditioned room was big enough with comfortable bed and big LCD screen on the wall. Modern design of the room and the bathroom. Very clean and felt secure. The hotel is located just next to the train station but we couldn't hear any sounds through the window so they were very properly isolated. Staff very friendly and helpful! Great continental buffet breakfast included in the price. Free WiFi with good coverage in the room. This hotel is a great value for the price! Highly recommended!

very comfortable bed, no cigarette smell in room and no chemical disinfectant smell, properly sized bathtub, windows that open, right across from the train station, quiet. will definitely go back - I have stayed at so many recently that I seldom remember specific details. I have no complaints about any so far.

The receptionists were very helpful when I had a problem with my mobile and rang the number I needed for me. They even put up with my bad French! Although the room was small but I have seen smaller ones in Paris so it was not a surprise. The rooms are clean and the hotel is excellent. The staff are super and excellent customer service. - stuff was really helpful, spa was cool, food delicious, location close to train station, room warm and cozy! I recommend it highly!
