  This hotel is in a great location not far from the Louvre and Notre Dame. There is also shopping, other sightseeing, and restaurants all around. It is also very close to the Metro and buses. Our room was basically an apartment which provided great space for the three of us. Although the lift is broken down, the staff has arranged someone to help me carry the luggage upto my room. So I think there will not be - The location is perfect. If you are young, you can walk everywhere. As a back up, two metro stations, Bonne Nouvelle and Strasbourg-Saint Denis are only steps away. I was worried about the traffic noise at night, but on the third floor it was no problem.
