  We LOVED the reception rooms, smell of sandalwood and warm welcome upon entering the hotel. The sitting room with fireplace, and dining room are just lovely. Even the lift was beautiful as it was lined with Louis Vuitton leather. The hotel also smelled wonderful (I know that sounds like a weird thing to say but it really did). My stay there was very special. The location was perfect, about a 2 min walk from the Tower and some amazing shops near by too. It is located near some really nice restaurants as well.

  Great place to stay staff really friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room but no view which didnt matter to us as we were sightseeing most of the time. Bed was really comfortable. It was slightly annoying that we were woken at 9am each day, by a drill being used upstairs and had not hot water on one day - but to be fair we knew all of this in advance so did not complain.
