  Location - close to shops, sightseeing, yet not noisy. The room and bathroom were luxurious. Food was lovely. Staff knew our names. The hotel smells amazing! - Great staff. Lovely rooms. Real desire to accommodate. Wonderful concierges. Nice spa with superb therapists. Spectacular location.

The staff always went out of their way for things they didn't need to go out of their way for The complimentary Madeleines and fruits in the room upon arrival added that little extra touch of class and gratitude.   Very nice and clean room; delicious breakfast (although we had to que toget the table); late access to the swimming pool; not too far from thecity center - metro station nearby. Perfect place to stay!!! - The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. It was very close to the metro.
