The staff was courteous and helpful, the rooms well furnished and beds comfortable. I suppose it is the French custom to clean hotel rooms only once a week, or so was our experience. That was ok for us, since we tend toward neatness in our at- home lives.

But difficult to find the hotel without navigator. If you have heavy luggage you can ask hotel staff bring it to your room, because there is a no elevator. Rooms are very nice with all what you need. Near the hotel you can find many restaurants. I very recommend restaurant with kitchen of Lyon's region.
