  The staff was great! We arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for us with everything ready. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). This was very much appreciated since it was a holiday in France and most places were closed. We felt like we were guest in here home, not just staying in a generic h - Ideal location for sightseeing in Paris. Located in vicinity to Louvre. You can walk to all famous touristic places easily from Louvre to Notre Dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than we expected but clean and tidy with TV-panel on the wall. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.

  My 17 days stay in Residence Nell was perfect. I booked a classical apartment, and it's a real apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Everything is clean, stylish, and modern. The living room is pretty large, with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, and dining zone.   the Malown Hotel has a good location, it is a nice small hotel, the decoration is nice and we have everything we can need in the room. We were there the 2nd day of the opening, several things has to be finish, the receptionist were very helpful.
