  The staff was exceptionally helpful and all spoke English. It was right next to the metro station and on the main metro line - very easy to travel anywhere. The price was very inexpensive for Paris, and the rooms were very clean, modern, spacious, etc. It is in Bastille, and it is a very exciting part of town. The staff recommends dinner at the brasserie L’Européen on Blvd Diderot, opposite the Gare de Lyon: excellent food in a nice location.
