Very good hotel for the money in a very good location. Not much in the way of facilities, but for the money and location very hard to beat.

The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably sized. It is close to the Paris train stations Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est and a metro station is only steps away. The hotel is brand new, being open only 5 days when we arrived. It's not located in the best part of Paris but we didn't have any worries either. The staff was extremely friendly and

This is a really lovely hotel. Rooms are modern and hip, bathrooms are huge by French standards and have both "rain" heads and hand showers. It's close to Gare du Nord and the Metro.
Plus the staff are all wonderful and gracious, exactly what you'd hope to find.
Big American breakfast in their dining room or can be enjoyed in room.
Great Italian restaurant directly across the street.

1) Location, less than 100m walk away from Metro - Oberkampf. Ideal station to move around in Paris.If you have heavy luggage, carry luggages up and down the metro stairs can be a chore BUT the hotel proximity to bring you almost everywhere in Paris weighs over all that stairs.

The hotel was really clean, they would come in the room everyday to check if you had clean towels etc.
They didn't steal anything from the room
The room was small but very pretty for how little we paid
The metro station is 1 min away and if you walk straight you arrive at Place de la Republique which has plenty of bars and places to eat. Not expensive
There was always someone at the reception to talk to you

I´ve been visiting this hotel 4 times. The hotel is perfectly located near the great department stores. In the near area are also a couple of other shopping centres and a big station (St. Lazare). It´s located in walking distance from Louvre, Champs Elysée and Seine. It´s tidy and quit. Rooms are not very big but large enough. -

This hotel is absolutely fantastic - it was renowated a year ago and now looks totally different - the interior is fresh, modern and full od fashionable design motives. In the comfort room there was a change of towels each day, hairdrier in the closet and free of charge safe. Location is perfect, next to Oberkampf metro station, and also near to the second one. The staff was so helpful. They tried to tell everything they can about the city. Breakfast costs 7 euros and was quite satisfying. The best thing about this hotel is hygiene! The location is excellent as it is so close to the city centre. The hotel service far exceeds expectation in that staff went out of their way to be helpful especially the Manager Sigolene. If you prefer, you can use English all the time. Well recommended and thank you!

Rooms were exceptionally clean, fresh and newly decorated. We faced onto the courtyard so it was extremely quiet & peaceful during the night which ensured a decent sleep.
Location was great, easy to find and close to the Republique metro. We felt very safe walking around late at night.

Our room was just lovely. Cosy, extremely clean and very comfortable. It was also lovely coming back to the room in the evening and finding it made up again - looking like new every time. The staff were incredibly helpful (I was even allowed to sit behind the reception counter so I could print off my tickets to Disneyland!). Also, Paris Metro makes it so easy to get back to the hotel. Without a doubt I would stay there again.
