The staff was great! We arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for us with everything ready. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). Ideal location for sightseeing in Paris. Located in vicinity to Louvre. You can walk to all famous touristic places easily from Louvre to Notre Dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than we expected but clean and tidy with TV-panel on the wall. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.

Stayed at a Classic room on 2nd floor.
Very carefully thought out arrangement of the room.
Nice & clean. Fairly large by Paris standards. Excellent toilet & washroom. Has most things a traveller would need. Located in a quiet side street away from crowds & noise.
The front desk service was warm,friendly, prompt & congenial.
Fairly well stocked mini bar although we did not use it.

Angelique ,our receptionist could have not have been more helpful! We arrived Saturday night, and had us booked into room 01 - unfortunately this is for disabled and although room was good, bathroom was set up for disabled person, with no cubicle or tub! everything open!

hotel a well worth stay. Reception staff, particularly Angelique and

The best location I have had so far in Paris - quiet street, yet close to the centre of activity. Metro, buses connection is superb. Walking distance to many sights, both sides of the Seine. Lots of shopping around. The range and number of dining options is amazing. The hotel is very charming, with excellent personnel.
