  Friendly and helpful staff. We had a suite, which was an upgrade but was truly spectacular. Really great location, one block to the Louvre. 1/2 block to the closest Metro. Would go back in a heartbeat - The staff were very friendly and helpful and the spa pool was brilliant.   The hotel is very central. Next to the hotel there are two metro stations with three lines. The room and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast is not cheap. But the breakfast buffet is very rich and very good, so you should eat at the hotel. The reception staff are very kind and helpful. The room was beatifully decorated and had all the amenieties you need. The common areas with the honesty bar were very cosy and a nice way of starting the evening.
