Price/quality great, hotel is just as good as many other 4 star for half of price. Big room and I got a kingsize bed. Friendly reception, multi-lingual also dutch. - The ease of getting around paris from the hotel. The metro is right out side the hotel front doors and on a main line direct into Paris centre.

The Hotel was superb, both in location and decor. We were very pleased with the room and the friendly staff. It was also very helpful that they looked after our bags, whilst we did sight seeing, eventhough we had already checked out. A big surprise in Paris ! Quite well located just in front of the Gare
de l'Est, the Hotel offers clean and well-designed bedrooms.
Although it is located in a busy street, the silence inside the room is
remarkable.
I had the chance to get a suite for a relative cheap price (86 €) but I may think that the standard rooms may be a bit small...

The decors of the Hotel is really very good. I had booked a classic room, but was lucky to get an upgrade to superior. I absolutely loved the carpet furnishing in the room.The bed was comfortable and overall the room was very well furnished with modern wardrobes (lights upon opening etc.). Hotel Fabric is a very nice place to stay. Location is good (near is a metro station nr 9), even though if you want go to the city centre on foot it’s possible.
I love they breakfast – everything was delicious (fresh orange and grapefruit juice!) and they serve more than in Mediterranean style (cured, boiled eggs, cheese).
They offer for the visitors coffee and tea without limits whole day!

I found the service excellent and the hotel was very disabled friendly with the staff being very helpfull.
