Very helpful staff at reception with decent English which made up for my lousy French. Well situated, easy walking distance from centre and easy to get to from Airport/Train Station. Central location. Friendly staff, very willing to help. I had a lot of luggage which they very helpfully agreed to store for me behind the reception desk, very cooperative. Breakfast was buffet in style and offered everything I could have wanted. -

The staff were very friendly and couldn't have done more for us. The room was tastefully decorated but a bit on the small side. The room was very clean and fresh towels were delivered every day. The hotel is ideally situated with regard to all of the major tourist attractions in the city. Overall it was nice for what it was. -

We stayed 3 nights in a triple room on the 2nd floor overlooking the front of the hotel. The room was a good size as we could fold the 3rd bed up to the wall giving more floor space and an extra shelf. The room was very effectively sound proofed, clean, with good hanging and shelf space, desk space with chair plus a large en suite with shower. The location in the old city was excellent with restaurants nearby and easy access to transport. English spoken by reception staff.

convenient location(close to the metro station, buses virtually on the doorstep incl the bus to the airport, 20 minutes walk to the centre, market and supermarkets very close to the hotel) -
It was very convenient for us to take a metro and go downtown.

The hotel was clean, secure (including the car park arrangements) and
well organised. We shared with friends who used the fold out bed in the
lounge, so it needs a bit of organisation for privacy, which was fine.
Other reviews refer to an 'unsafe' area. There were bars with
people drinking outside having fun and it's not a well-to-do area.

Privilege Appart was very convenient. It was quite close city centre, many local restaurants of all type from pizza to fine dining, and tourist attractions. Reception other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the secure parking was very useful. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed to eat in.

Wonderfully welcoming staff member was a sight for sore eyes and
