  Staff were very helpful, friendly. Room was clean and decoration was excellent. The pool and the fitness areas were a surprise regarding its location in downtown Paris - Very comfortable accommodation with tea and coffee facility. Rooms fresh and clean. Friendly and attentive reception staff, ideal location and extremely good value.

Just a block from a major train station andMetro stop made it extremely easy to get around the city. The staff wasvery nice and helpful in answering any questions I had. The room wasbeautifully decorated. The bathroom was just the right size for myhusband and I. Breakfast was offered (at extra charge) but we did notpartake as the area is littered with cafes. - Great location for Paris! We came into the Gare de Lyon train station which is just across the street. There is a Metro station on the corner for easy access to all of the city, and there is a bus stop for Charles de Gaulle Airport there as well. There is a wonderful patisserie around the corner and numerous restaurants and sandwich shops within walking distance.

Ideally situated for us between gare du Lyon and gare du Bercy as we had to put classic car on Autotrain at gare du Bercy and then have overnight stop in hotel before getting tgv next morning from gare du Lyon to follow it to Nice. My wife travels in a wheelchair and the hotel was perfectly accessible - even though not designed or advertised as such.
