  The lady in the hotel was super nice and welcoming! She was a delight first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. Location is great, a stone-throw from the station Gare du Lyon and two metro lines.   Location was great. Only a short walk to the Gare de Lyon in Paris, which we needed to use most days. Maybe not the best area in Paris to stay, but an easy Metro ride to any other places you may wish to visit. The Reception staff were excellent; very friendly and helpful, and happy to chat in English. The guy on the front desk was excellent, when I arrived at 11pm off the TGV and then left for the airport at 5am the next nothing, he was on the same shift yet was very friendly and helpful.

  Triple room was large. The place seems newly renovated, everything was clean. Beds and shower were decent, as was breakfast (though at €8pp it was a bit steep, but I suppose this is Paris). Ideally situated for us between gare du Lyon and gare du Bercy as we had to put classic car on Autotrain at gare du Bercy and then have overnight stop in hotel before getting tgv next morning from gare du Lyon to follow it to Nice. My wife travels in a wheelchair and the hotel was perfectly accessible - even though not designed or advertised as such.

  Very good location, excellent breakfast in smoll and nice restaurant. Clean room, very helpfull staff. Nice, easy atmosfer. Tt was a pleasure to stay there. - I like its location/ambiance/staff / everthing about it - 3rd time I have visited - good value for the money - I will definitely go back there!
