Easy to find, overlooking large park/citadel, yet accessible via the old streets to the heart of the city.Very relaxed atmosphere - more like staying in someone's home. Large, light, spacious room and considering location, quiet. Art and décor modern and bright.
Gave my daughter (who was not staying) breakfast with us complimentary on both days, which was a nice bonus!

Owner was most gracious in accepting an error I made in my reservation, which caused her to have to spend some time waiting for my partner and I. Our hostess was wonderful; friendly, smart and beautiful. The apartment was compact and gorgeous, stunningly decorated and fully equipped with everything we could have wished for. Our loctaion was fantastic overlooking the cathedral and central in the old part of town with very many bars, restaurants and shops right on our doorstep. We will visit this apartment hotel again and again, we had a fabulous stay there.

We actually stayed in owners other apartment on Rue Molinel as Suite Vauban was not avavilable. Apartment was very central and easy to find. Lovely views of city. Plenty of hot water.

We returned to the wonderful best Western Why for a night to attend the Lille Braderie. This is a great comfy little hotel with good sound proofing, great views and an excellent position just off the Grand Place. The guy who dealt with us on reception was very very kind and efficient.
This hotel is a little gem....modern, chic, perfectly placed for the centre of town.
Room was stunning, new, fresh and very trendy. High quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Nespresso machine with genuine cartridges. Free mini bar. It really couldn't get any better. If you have chance book a lunchtime meal, the chef is clearly very good. I will definitely return!
