The staff were excellent, we went to find accomodation for my daughter for university in Bordeaux, after having no luck the hotel offered student rates and we were able to leave her secure and comfortable . - It's location is excellent!

Good location, with onsite carparking - They had no record of our reserervation for an apartment for 4 but, to their credit they provided two studios for the same rate. The staff were helpful, the rooms were spotless, there was free internet connection for laptops and it was good value for money.

The stay was all around good, except they could have mentioned that it'sright in front of the "Forum" tram stop. Clean, very spacious, I wouldstay there again. - well situated in the town of Talence near the "tram" to go to the center Bordeaux . nearby restaurants

Upon arrival the owner, Remy, had the curtesy not only to inform us that
there was secure parking available for a very reasonable price, but he
also parked it for us and brought the car back to us the day we left!

We had a wonder ful a few days in Bordeaux staying at Chambre en Ville.
The location is perfect: right in the city centre but in a small street,
so it is quiet. If you like the Marais district in Paris, you will love
this place. Our room was very spacious, with a hallway entrance and
separate bathroom and toilet. Very comfortable! And it was ony one of
the Junior Suites! The owner was very helpful and loves sharing his
knowledge of the city. There is a private garage where you can park your
car

Lovely hotel - mixing old world with modern (nouveau art) - very attractively done. Very large, well appointed room with a large sized bathroom and shower. Huge windows which had a peek-a-boo view of the cathedral. Although breakfast was extra, it was well worth it. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Certainly had all the extra touches for the price.

The owner was fantastic - a very bad storm caused a roof leak and not only did we get top upgraded the following night, he did not charge us for the leaking roof first night. He also advised and booked restaurants and gave us a lift in his car to the station.
Fabulously cosy and well designed.

The parking outside was just as they had said although turning up as the nursery opposite was emptying out wasn't clever. The people on reception were very friendly and helpful and pointed us up to our room on the first floor. So much better than it might have been!
