  Great location and friendly, helpful staff. This apt is just a few blocks from the Louvre, but it is located in a quiet backstreet. Since we were traveling with our two children, this was a better and cheaper option than a hotel. We rented the "cozy" studio (4th floor walk-up) but we were upgraded to the larger, 2nd floor "urban" on the second d... что говорят » ay because the hot water heater broke. The building manager spoke English and took the time to show us how everything worked (washer-drier, WIFI, TV) - Very good location in center of Paris All sights within walking distance. But difficult to find the hotel without navigator. If you have heavy luggage you can ask hotel staff bring it to your room, because there is a no elevator. Rooms are very nice with all what you need. Near the hotel you can find many restaurants. I very recommend restaurant with kitchen of Lyon's region.

We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!! Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.
