  I loved the design and furniture of the room, so unique and innovative with a very spacious shower which I did love. Great breakfast too!! But what I liked more was the kindness of the owners of the place. In the morning I forgot my phone at la Celestine and left for a business meeting. The roomwas well decorated and very clean. The bathroom had a double sink andmarble counter top.   Location is fabulous - by the spectacular Cathedral and other sights in the old town. But, it is not in the middle of the more hectic - less pleasant - touristy streets. Free Wi-Fi a plus and necessary for today's traveler. The vegetarian restaurant two doors down was very good, handy and the owner helpful in delivering a late meal to our room.

  Well, the best aspect about this place was the two ladies who oversee the apartment. The wifi wasn't working when we arrived, so they immediately agreed to refund our money and allow us to stay there for free for the night. It's a cozy little apartment just across the river, a great location. It was a real treat to stay there. - There was an issu... что говорят » e with the apartment booked but we were put up in another apartment. The location was fantastic - about a minute from the cathedral. The owner gave us a discount and bought us cake and tea! And, there was a Nespresso machine with a generous offering of coffee pods.

  The overall experience is a little unconventional as this is a residential unit that is being rented out. When we first arrive, we were sure if we were in the right place. A quick phone call confirmed that in fact we were in the right place. The unit owners showed up a few minutes later and helped us to our room. It comes fully equipp - Studio Austerlitz was a perfect choice for my weekend visit to Strasbourg. The location was also ideal, literally minutes walking time to the Cathedral and other attractions. Finally, the proprietor, Benedicte, was absolutely lovely -- she insisted on picking me up at the train station, kept my bag on the last day after check-out and delivered it to me
