We had an apartments on the first floor - it was big enough even for 3 guests. It was really like-home stay. Very cozy, nice, clean and comfortable. All the staff was really friendly and ready to help. -

Room was great - clean, quiet, with a comfy bed and modern design. Staff was helpful and were very apologetic when they had to relocate us to another hotel for one night due to plumbing rectification work. little on the small side, but I always prefer newer and clean over
something bigger. The hotel is very close to the tube and tons of lovely
patisseries, poissons, etc nearby. Great hotel for looking to get out of
the main touristy area of Paris, but close enough to enjoy the city.

I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

The location is the best, you can walk to the Eiffel Tower with young kids (i had three kids age 3.5Years, 2Years, and 10Month) in around 10 min. to 15 min.
The staff is very very cooperative spically the manager.
The metro station just cross the road, you can easly use it although i used it only for Disney Land tour.
