  The lady in the hotel was super nice and welcoming! She was a delight first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. Location is great, a stone-throw from the station Gare du Lyon and two metro lines.   It's located next to a station in the main line of the metro (the one that crosses all the important places of paris). The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was well served. In terms of the whole Europe this hotel would seem a bit expensive but since paris is so expensive it makes it a very good choice in terms of price. The staff was friendly and the breakfast room was charming. And it was remarkably quiet for a hotel located on a big avenue - although everything from the other rooms was perfectly audible.

Breakfast was offered (at extra charge) but we did notpartake as the area is littered with cafes. - Great location for Paris! We came into the Gare de Lyon train station which is just across the street. There is a Metro station on the corner for easy access to all of the city, and there is a bus stop for Charles de Gaulle Airport there as well. There is a wonderful patisserie around the corner and numerous restaurants and sandwich shops within walking distance.
