The staff was always available and helpful. We arrived at 10am on firstday and allowed us to check in immediatley. We booked a return visitbefore coming home and they gave us the same room. Location is great. Very busy bld de Batignolles is just around the corner, Place de Clichy (and metro Clichy) is 2-3 min on foot, and the hotel is on quiet and safe street.
Fully renovated rooms, very clean. Very comfortable bed.

I particularly liked the internal space near the lobby - small very nice patio. This hotel is very well located (not far from Gare du Nord and close to Grand Magazines). The room is very small butclean and equiped with nice antique furniture (mid 50th I guess). Staff is friendly, helpful and welcomed. I like this hotel very much

I was very luck to be on the top floor with a view on the Madeleine so it was very pleasant and quiet for a busy part of Paris. Excellent location: the hotel is in a nice area. Main attractions is in within walking distance (10-45 minutes), or you can use subway (5 lines are next to hotel).
Rooms have normal sizes for a comfortable staying.
Soundproofing (there was some trafic noise from the street, but no noise from neighbors).

The staff was so helpful. They tried to tell everything they can about the city. Breakfast costs 7 euros and was quite satisfying. The best thing about this hotel is hygiene! The location is excellent as it is so close to the city centre. The hotel service far exceeds expectation in that staff went out of their way to be helpful especially the Manager Sigolene. If you prefer, you can use English all the time. Well recommended and thank you!

Hotel is ok but the rooms are very small. However it does not matter since we spend most of the time out side for tourists. Very good hotels near this hotel and metro stations is very near to this hotel and also the tourism bus like hop on hopofff etc. But this place is very crowded and have to be careful in all aspects.

Location is very close to Gare du Nord, but surprisingly there is not much traffic noise during nighttime; the reception staff was very helpful, she gave us a larger room with an extra bed because we were travelling with two children, although we did not mention it earlier.
