  The staff was always available and helpful. We arrived at 10am on firstday and allowed us to check in immediatley. We booked a return visitbefore coming home and they gave us the same room.   The hotel is right by the Metro and in a very pretty square. The room was a good size and very comfortable with lovely views across Paris and the Eiffel Tower - we paid more for a 4th floor room and it was worth it. Also found all the staff we spoke to very helpful, probably the best from all the hotels we had already visited. They went over and beyond to help us.   The view from the 5th floor! We had two corner rooms and there is a very small ledge balcony that can be accessed out the windows, but only on the 5th. Excellent view of Sac coer. The breakfast served at the hotel is a great value at 7 euro pp, get it! You won't find cheaper in this part of paris. Coffee, juice, breads, cereal, fruit, yogurt. Excelle - Reception staff (females) were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable + clean, just be aware that street noise carries on till around midnight. Loved the small balcony (had a wonderful view of Saccra Coeur + the street below). Hotel is located within walking distance to Montmartre & Saccra Coeur, but far away from other sites, so have to use metro. Metro stations within walking distance.
