The staff was extremely helpful at all times - they even arranged a last minute ride to the airport for us due to a transit strike - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice and clean room; delicious breakfast (although we had to que toget the table); late access to the swimming pool; not too far from thecity center - metro station nearby. Perfect place to stay!!! - The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. It was very close to the metro.

C'est magnifique! My husband and I had a fabulous time on our first trip to Paris and I have to say, your staff was greatly responsible! The front desk staff, particularly Julian and Brendan (?he worked nights), were so incredibly friendly and so very helpful in directing us to restaurant areas, monuments, etc., that we almost didn't need any map

I don't think I would have enjoyed our experience in France anymore, even in a high end hotel. It felt like staying with family ( in all the good ways).

Good location, walking distance to train and bus station. Residential area, very safe.
Comfy house, complete kitchen stuffs for daily cooking, good cable and wifi access.
Vidal is very sweet. He provided us with all the info we need to roam around the city. He was very accomodating and he is willing to extend just to make your stay the best.

The hotel is right next to a metro station and a tram station, so travel was fast, cheap and easy. The room was very large for Europe, the bathroom was a good size. It was very clean, they made our beds, replaced our towels and cleaned our room every day. Most staff speak English and other languages. They had a luggage check and were fast to call
