  For the most part, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious by European standards and impeccably clean. Value for money for the room was great via letsbookhotel.com as the advertised rate at the hotel was considerably more. Our dogs were welcomed without any fee.   The owner Henrich went out of his way every day to ensure our needs were met. This is a very knowlegable and engaging hotel owner. Auberge de La Claire felt like a home away from home for us. We highly recommend a stay this coun - We found Henrick to be very helpful w/ restaurant recommendations and reservations (we don't speak French). He even put us in a room that allowed us to just open the door to get to our car and to walk our dog in the morning (w/o flights of stairs!). We'll be staying at this hotel again!
