What a find! A beautifully restored manor house with lovely rooms, every
facility and very comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend booking
in for dinner - Helene is a wonderful cook (all with fresh home grown or
local produce) This was a great stop off place for us on our way down to
southern france and we'll definitely stay here again.
Authentic french cottage experience with host being french majority of
guests french. Amazing shower. Hens in the garden, a cute cat and a

everything was of an excellent standard.....the chickens and the wildfowl running around the grounds...the lovely room and fixtures and fittings.
The room provided was clean and comfortable and showed originality in its creation of an en suite within a large room.
Very fine hosts (she is a very good cook!), calm and peaceful area but still close to Nantes and the Loire.
Loved it all and would go back. Fantastic quite and restful stay.

Quiet location, pleasant room.
Hard to find if arriving late at night and not familiar with france. No
wi-fi but this can be viewed as a positive! I was more relaxed....
we were booked in the night before a big seminar on the premises and we felt slightly second in line to the needs of the company....that being said it was still brilliant and the evening meal was very nice indeed...we spent dinner in conversation with a very nice french business man....very lovely nights sleep......

Your website states that the staff speak English and that there is a restaurant available (given the remote location the latter is very significant), yet neither was available to me. I was told to drive to Sautron - but only one restaurant exists there, and it was closed, so I had to drive even further and ended-up at a pizza place.... I was not impressed at having to do this.
