The apartments are in good location, not far from the sea. The kitchen
is clean and comfortable for cooking , clean bedding, so all you need to

On-site parking is availalbe for a small fee (and presents a fun challenge getting down the driveway!).

Such a nice place to stay!!!! We travelled with the whole family, so we stayed in the biggest room on the top floor. It was so so so excellent!!!!! We pretty much liked everything there. We had a fantastic holiday. Mainly because The Residance resideal Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities. The Musee de la castre gives a perfect panoramic view

Very very helpful and extremely efficient staff/owners. The owners are very smart people who have planned everything perfectly for the visitor to have a superb stay.
