For my business trip, the location was perfect: close enough to the University of Bordeaux II Segalen. It was very easy to get there from the train station by the two trams (C and A) which goes through the old city. The tram stop is very close to the hotel.
The free breakfast was very good and the staff friendly.
The bedroom and bathroom were OK.

Overall we really liked our stay here. It's a very simple hotel, but has modern design, is well-maintained and everyone is friendly. Breakfast was great, very complete. The location is quite good, it's in a calm part of the town (at least in August) and within walking distance to the center. The car park was also very convenient and reasonably priced. Having free gummies and water in our room, plus croissants and coffee, was a nice touch!

We were situated on the third floor, and the accommodation was very spacious and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The parking outside was just as they had said although turning up as the nursery opposite was emptying out wasn't clever. The people on reception were very friendly and helpful and pointed us up to our room on the first floor. So much better than it might have been! Located very close to station and trams. Immaculately clean, very pleasant bilingual staff, breakfast in bed and a well stocked mini bar, everything we needed for our one night stay. - Staff was supremely helpful. I.Good location:
1) the hotel is very close to the rail station St.Jean, so you don`t have to carry a heavy suitcase and take any taxi (2 minutes on foot and you`re in the hotel)
2) Close to the city centre (7-10 minutes by tram or 30-40 minutes walk along a very nice river La Garonne)
3) Close to the supermarket Carrefour and different cafes
