Location was very good for us for the little amount of shopping we
needed to do in Nice. The Intermarche across the road for snacks and
drinks could not be better (shame they don't have chilled beer). The
closeness to the beach was also an asset after our exercise/swim in
the morning. Staff were exceedingly friendly, and parking very safe.
A/c worked very well in room 36, and nice view of beach if only a
glimpse. Bed was very comfy. Just a shame no tea making facilities in
the room but that see

Location is very good, especially if you have a car. The walk to the beach takes 2 minutes. Kitchenette is small, but functional, although we had only one teaspoon (knives and forks were sufficient). Bed was excellent.

We had a triple room at the Aeva hotel as this was the only room available when I was booking. The room, towels, etc were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and the bed made when we put out the little note to request this. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Very well presented and all spoke very go

We were looking for a hotel close to the Nice Airport, and what a gem.
We were about two miles past the airport...but right on the water in a
smaller town. We were able to park our car on site, as well as walk on
the promenade in front of the hotel. There were also many choices for
restaurants on site, across the street on water. Walking distance to
train station as well. So location was perfect. It was about a $30 cab
ride from Nice...so check bus and train schedules to make sure you can
retur

Good location, close to the motorway, clean, comfortable bed, kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge), there is an iron - very good!!! Everything new!!!

the building and the intérieur was nice, smiling staff, few metres from the seashore (on the same street which has Negresco on its corner), on arrival we had a better equipped room than we asked for originally - for the same price - Very friendly staff, nice room, lovely breakfastroom. We had a betterroom categorie for the same rate.

It was within walking distance of the railway station where we could catch the 99 bus to the airport(4 euros each!).
