Easy access to beach from hotel but subsequently found that the town beaches were prettier and water looked much clearer. - Excellent for an airport hotel. Two minutes to the airport by car/taxi.   Loved the beach/pool. Water was so warm you walk in no problem but it was still refreshing. Great service with air port transfers. Cleaners clean very thoroughly each day.   I liked the old exposed walls ,the courteous staff especially the ladies on reception after hours they helped when we had a problem with keys - Convenient location, decent price, A/C, free wifi in room. Hotel clerk readily accommodated my request for a quieter room not facing the main road. (Room was smallish but fine for me.)

  We toured Corsica by car in early April, this hotel was our 2nd stop having first stayed in ‘La Pietra’ hotel on the wild peninsula of L’ile Rousse. Les Mouettes has charm and character; it was very clean and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, with a great view of the gulf. All through our short stay, the staff proved friendly and helpful. A great first night in Corsica !
