  The staff were excellent, as were the buffets and dinners, the lounge is very comfortable and cozy and the grounds are wonderful. Beautiful setting and the nearby castles were a joy to eperience. - The view. And the breakfast was ok.

  Excellent location beside lake and few minutes walk from train station. Staff very friendly and helpful even found a hacksaw so we could cut the lock on my daughters hire bike which had broken. (thank you to that resourceful lady for her assistance).   Almost everything was perfect. I already did some research before booking and that was best location/price hotel. Did early booking, btw. It is right in the center of city, two restaurants are nearby (Tawastia Bank is located on the same street, just a few meters away, Piparkakkutalo, right behind Kirkko). H - The location is great, with a number of excellent restaurants and outdoor cafes/bars nearby, as well as a small mall acros the street. Staff are very friendly, always helpful and rooms, althouigh small, are always neat and clean. Great breakfast buffet included with room. ALways had good service and good times.
