  The reception desk/check in was very good. The asian girl there was fabulous. Cleaning and service at my room was very good. Breakfast was very good. Perfect location in town. Short way to København H, Tivoli and Tycho Brahe Planetarium. Bus and taxi just outside the hotel. - Good location, great staff.

  Very nice hotel and in a great location right on the water and next to a big new shopping mall that had a Cinemax. Also very close to the train station. Nice hotel staff and good customer service. - This is the first Hotel in Copenhagen that gives you value for money! I have stayed at som 20 different Hotels and all are outrageus low value.

  A lot of parking places available for the guests. The breakfast is multifarious. The rooms have really big windows. Some may find activities like mini-golf attractive to many (we didn't have the time to try it). - Friendly staff speaking good english.Spacious rooms, good room service and excellent breakfast.   everything - Axel Hotel Guldsmeden is just like a hotel should be: comfortable, cosy, based on a set of values which are clear, based on an eco-friendly way of living, good food, clean etc etc etc. Very good hotel. - We stayed in a Superior Double room, and it was lovely - really comfortable, nicely finished. All good. Breakfasts good too

The staff were totally friendly and we had a perfect stay, the garden is perfect for a nice sit down with a drink affer a long day getting to know copenhagen. highly recommanded hotel that I will stay again. in fact best hotel i have stayed in, in denmark.
