  Carsten was so kind and helpful! He really helped us with navigating the city and figuring out what to do. He made us feel right at home. The rooms were really nice, the beds were very comfy, and the kitchen was awesome.   The staff were very accommodating with our arrival and even took us into to Tivoli Gardens for free. The apartment was clean, warm and secure and the beds were comfortable, what more could you want. Good kitchenette with a large fridge and dishwasher.
