  The hotel was wonderful, the staff were so friendly and the location was fab being just minutes from the main train station. Don't be put off by claims of an unscrupulous neighborhood.. even the least wholesome looking locals were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us.   Very modern. Good to know that you don't have to queue for check in and check out. There is no reception, they send you the entry code 48 hours before checking in. I stayed for 5 days amd I did not had any problems so I can't really comment how does the hotel responds to problems. Location is ok, it's just walking distance from the main train sta... что говорят » tion but also is located at the red district. Saying that I felt very safe walking around it in the evenings. I would recommend this hotel - You know what you'll get with Omena. Standard setup but various size and location of rooms. some are small with thin walls in an older part of the hotel and some are spacious and more privat. but all of them have the same items. They are all clean and with the basic necessity for a short stay. Excellent location, good beds, internet connection, microwave, water heater and instant coffe :)

  Carsten was so kind and helpful! He really helped us with navigating the city and figuring out what to do. He made us feel right at home. The rooms were really nice, the beds were very comfy, and the kitchen was awesome. The first night we slept in a room on the 4th floor, but the morning after we were offered to be moved to a more comfortable room on the 2nd floor.
