The staff was friendly and spoke good English / Swedish / Danish.
The location is good. It is located very close to a metro station and it only takes 5 minutes to go to the airport and 10-15 minutes to the center of Copenhagen once you are on a train.

I attended a conference at the Bella Center. The hotel offered a good rate during the Conference, making it affordable to stay there. Some bargain hunters sacrificed comfort to stay at the nearby Metro Cabinn Inn.
The Bella Sky is a lovely hotel. Clean, new, beautiful. The room felt luxurious, especially compared to the Cabinn Inn where the rooms come with bunk beds.
It is a short train ride from the City center. If you are coming to visit Copenhagen, you may want to stay in the City center.

Absolute luxury apartment hotel. This is where you want to stay if you like hip people.
I live in CPH my self and had to stay for a hotel for two nights during some apartment renovation. I chose STAY as the location is the best you can get in Copenhagen.
I was very curious to see the hotel as I've heard a lot about it - and what a great surprise. The apartment is big (approx. 100 sqm) with a fantastic view to the CPH canal.

Our standard room was a bit tide for parents and 16-year old with 2 suitcases but comfortable for sleeping. Air-conditioning proved welcomed as it was very hot. It was very clean and the staff was very helpul. The price was good for Copenhagen, but the room needed refurbishing; quite a few nicks and dings.Breakfast was excellent. And if you like Nyhavn, the location is great.
