The location - not in the most touristy part of town, but nice safe area (walked back to hotel around 11pm from Metro station). The metro station is a 3 minute walk away from hotel. You can easily walk to Wenceslas Square in around 10 minutes and the Old Town in about 20 minutes. I stayed in a single room, which was a good size and it was clean.

Close to main station. Interior is pretty & clean. Guy at Reception was friendly, helpful & speak English well.
For location, nice clean room with Mini Bar, clean bathroom and FREE wi-fi I think is a bargain. For 35 rooms and fully booked that explains it. Room gets cleaned everyday. There is a lift too.
Breakfast is good with selections of Cereals, Eggs, Cakes, Fruits, Juices & Coffee & Tea.

Отель расположен в хорошем месте. На тихой улочке, рядом с историческим центром. Но, номера с окнами во дворик - шумные, т.к. внизу ресторан, да и не комфортные, т.к. окна выходят на балкон. Следует просить номер с окном на улицу. В день приезда на рисепшен работала не приятная сотрудница, которая чуть не испортила впечатление об отели. - Amazing h

The room was amazing and the beds were so comfortable that at times I did not even want to get up. Great breakfast buffet and the staff was very freindly. I felt safe the entire trip. I will stay there again when I bring my family for a visit. - The reception staff were fiendly and very helpful, The rooms were of a good size with tasteful, nice furniture and decorations. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever experienced. The restaurant 'La Boca' was candle lit with good but not too attentive service. The food was fab - a meal for 2 was under £25. There was even a voucher in our room for free drinks in La Boca.

This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were able to accommodate us at a moment's notice. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Although it is not located in the city center but the metro system in prague is simple and not complex (only 3 lines:A,B,C) so not a big deal. We read the reviews that the hotel is difficult to find.
