  This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpfull, always friendly and spoke very good english which made our stay much easier. Even booked our tours for us which picked us up from the hot... что говорят » el. Highly recommended. - Location was perfect next to both a metro and international train station. Room was clean and comfortable, very good bathroom and nice shower. Good breakfast.

  Excellent hotel in all respects! Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Quite location, perfect place for a family with kids since close to Luna park, Zoo (free of charge lift and pick up by hotel's car), large room... что говорят » , clean and comfortable, WiFi router in your room upon request. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

  Very, very quiet and right in the centre of Prague old town.Excellent location. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Veryclean.Spacious room. - Perfect location, good service, nice buffet to start your day! Enjoyed so much we returned to the same hotel at the end of our trip to Czech.

Персонал на кухне и уборке русскоговорящий. - Отель "свежий" и комфортный, завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, персонал доброжелательный, номер поменяли по нашему желанию без доплаты, не понравилось только ка... что говорят » к убирали, не мыли стаканы и гель не добавляли. Не очень понравилось, что из номера надо было уехать ровно в 12.00, если хочешь остаться еще на пару часиков, то надо платить 20 евро, хотя мы были не в сезон и отель не был заполнен.

  Clean and fresh, good and prompt service - The most interesting hotel I've ever stayed in. Stayed in HoneymoonSuite and had our own Jacuzzi and whirlpool bath. Wonderful history anduniqueness about the hotel, great artwork and finish throughout.Excellent location at the foot of Prague castle.
