  This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpfull, always friendly and spoke very good english which made our stay much easier. Even booked our tours for us which picked us up from the hot... что говорят » el. Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

  Room was nice, big and very clean. Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling. The whole staff was polite and helpful. There is also a tram station right in front of the hotel. There - Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given. Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square. My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

Nicely appointed hotel, very comfortable beds, good location for touring Prague. Excellent breakfast and staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

  It was a great location for us while visiting Prague. About a 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge and only two minutes from the metro. There are lots of places to eat nearby and a grocery store a block away. There is a great little square with a market during the day to buy pastries and stuff from. Beds were not great but ok. It was great to have two separate rooms with lots of space. - The apartment was situated right next to the city centre (also close to Florenc station - many possibilities of public transport). The receptionists were also very nice and helpful ladies. It was clean, nicely furnished apartment which was situated into the courtyard, so it was really silent during the night. I would recommend this accommondation if you want to be free and have a flat rented for a short period in Prague.

  хорошие апартаменты по разумной цене. не стоит ожидать чего-то сверхестественного. дружелюбный, готовый помочь,персонал. не знаю, как у них с русским языком, общалась на английском. в номере есть все необходимое, но без излишеств. номер просторный, разбит на две зоны: спальня, гостиная. в гостиной маааалюсенькая кухонка, спрятанная в шкаф, но неуг... что говорят » омонной в отпуске хозяйке, думаю, будет достаточно, чтобы приготовить что-нибудь на завтрак, который в отеле не сервируют. отель находится в двух мину - Замечательный отель, огромные номера, мини-кухня с посудой и чайником (загляните в шкаф). Мы были с дочерью и зятем, у них был номер- люкс (цена, кстати, одинаковая с обычным была на момент бронирования) просто огромный. В номерах чисто, шума с улицы не было слышно. Расположение отличное, две минуты до Пороховых ворот, семь минут до Староместской площади. Парковочные места рядом на подземной стоянке, для нас это очень важно, тк мы были на машине.   The location was fantastic, very close to the old town square which was beautiful at Christmas. The room was very generous with everything you would need (luxury superior room). We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem. Breakfast was very varied with a good amount of hot food as well as cereal, yougurt and cold meat. Finally, there was free w - This is a lovely hotel located in a quiet square in the old town within minutes walking distance of all Prague's main attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. Many places are ease accessible by foot and trams and busses are within walking distance from the hotel.We could walk to many of the tourist attractions.The staff are helpful and caring and nothing is too much effort. We needed to check-out at 06:30 and we didnt had time to have breakfast so took care of a breakfast-package which we could on our way to the airport. Excellent location, few minute walk from old town square. A good price for this location. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay and this hotel is excellent for a few days stay!
